LAND PRESERVATION

We will build only 7% of the 4600m2 of Jungle in our land in order to preserve it.

Our ancestors had the knowledge to live in resonance and harmony with their environment; they built temple structures based on pyramid shapes, circles, cones and spirals that remind us of the importance of Universal harmony. The Geometrical form of a structure or temple has the capacity to send and receive energy within the grids of the planet and outside of the planet, as well all the way to galaxies and star systems. Our land in Kuyabeh is connected to this grid, we are proud to be part of a sacred land mass area near many pyramid temples. In order to preserve the precious jungle we only build 7% of 4,600m2 that will within a private and secure area.

    Our infra structure offers the comfort of modern housing. It is sustainable and independent from the companies that run the city. All of our resources are powered by nature through green technologies from our local area. This opens an opportunity as human beings to live free from old systematic ways and to step into a more balanced form of co habituating our planet. The majority of our food resources will be generated from within the land, however there will be also the integration of outside resources for meat and fish from locals.
    HOLISTIC LIVING
    Being in a state of harmony between our selves and the elements around us, surrounded by nature is an essential part for humans. Integrating healthy ways of living just like our ancestors did will allow us to create new realities as individuals and as a collective consciousness.

    From how we build our homes to the way we treat our body, the foods we eat and the practices that we embrace we have the ability to live holistically and to choose the type of future we want to create.

    CO OWNERS
    All co- owners that form part of our community can: Participate to the retreats and activities at a discounted rate, rent their bungalow and generate income from their rents, learn and grow your own plants with our Ethnobotanical garden, Co create retreats given 6 months minimum for advanced organization and generate income from their retreats.
    LEGAL ASSISTANCE
    As an international buyer you will be working with a Lawyer from Mexico that will help you with the paper work and legal aspect of owning a property. There will be an initial legal contract done with the 10% deposit of the jungle unit or bungalow. The initial contract is done with a Notary which is a legal entity that will validate our agreements. Based on the nature of Ammachi project, there will be a co property contract done through the Notary that will entitle the buyer to have legal ownership for their unit without the need to hold a title or Mexican residence. All co owners have the legal rights to sale their property upon an agreement of the others who also own a property for the new buyer to step in as part of our community.

    OUR LAND

    Kuyabeh is the first recognized sustainable community in Mexico by SEMARNAT, its name means “The love road to God” and has the intention to cultivate a harmonious relationship between humans and nature. KUYABEH’S philosophy cultivates a way of living that includes consciousness and thus awareness of the imprints we leave in the earth as we walk our path. Located at Kilometer 34 on the way to the Pyramids of Coba and Chichen Itza there is a hidden jungle gem where a platform for community is developing. The infra structure of this community will have everything from an organic market, local school, observatory for stars and birds, cenote, common areas with holistic services and a platform for the community members to interact with each other.

    I have medical problems. Can I attend?

    Sure. Our instructors will warn before doing difficult yoga poses for medical conditions. So keep away from doing that yoga.

    What payment types do you accept?

    All payments are processed via PayPal. You may also pay at the centre. But please call us to reserve your seat.

    Can I get a refund?

    Yes. The first day of your yoga class is completely free. You may cancel your payment if you are not satisfied.
